Nicholas S. Oliva (Nick) is the managing partner of the Firm. His practice emphasizes corporate, estate,
individual planning, financial planning review and tax preparation. Mr. Oliva assists in choice of entity
and retirement planning for each business as well as review the overall integration into personal tax
planning goals.
Education Background:
Mr. Oliva received a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from San Diego
State University in 1974. As education is an on-going goal of our Firm, he engages in continuing
professional education throughout the year in all areas of tax, accounting, estate planning and other
financial areas. He is committed to being in the forefront of professional education and knowledge.
Employment Background:
Prior to founding this Firm in 1993, Mr. Oliva was a partner in a local accounting Firm, of which his
tenure spanned 19 years.
Client Matters:
Mr. Oliva has been associated with many types of businesses and works with a breadth of clients from
small business owners establishing themselves in the economy to high net-worth individuals. His business
experience ranges from companies in the advertising, construction, design, engineering, farming,
manufacturing, medical, retail, real estate and other various industries. Mr. Oliva's experience and
industry exposure has allowed for a comprehensive knowledge base from which to draw and has
provided opportunities for speaking engagements to real estate, insurance and student organizations.
